                                                           How it works...

                                                           Unlike a lot of the Portrait Parties out there, I don't offer prints as a standard (unless you specifically rquest 
                                                           them) as I feel not offering them will keep the price of the Portrait Party for you and your guests to a minimum.

                                                           While its not a requirement, you may want to encourage your friends to bring “props” or something relevant to

                                                           their child, favourite toy, hat, dress-up... and let them know if you have selected the white background or
                                                           chosen theme, so they know what clothes to dress their children in.
 

                                                           The Portrait Party is organised by you, the host/hostess, so you are the key ingredient to a fabulous and
                                                           successful experience. And of course I will be there to help you.
 

When your party is booked, I will send out your host pack with digital invitation stationery to send to your guests,

These will also include recommendations for clothing and props.
I will arrive approximately half an hour before the first scheduled session to set up, which will be full of information on how to make it a success along with everything you need to run it smoothly.

 

I ask that you provide a suitable space for creative professional photographs, to be pre-prepared before the party begins.

 

You are required to have a  least 5 guest families and no more than 12.

You could have refreshments available to your guests but it is advisable to keep messy food to a minimum to avoid the children getting dirty.

 

Your party can be held on any day of the week. Please secure your booking before sending out invitations.

 

Your guests will have 20 minutes each of photography time, and sessions should run consecutively. Your guests are not required to stay for the duration of the party, but are required to arrive ahead of time.

 

The background is white or grey in colour but I also have themed backdrops as well if that is your requirement? so appropriate clothing choice is essential. Obviously a blond pale skinned child in white clothing against the white background is not advisable. Bright colours are fabulous.

 

Try to have your waiting area away from where the photos will be taken to avoid distractions.

 

All photos will be ready within 2 weeks of the party.
Each guest will be able to download their portraits in a password protected album on this website.
